General terms of business (GTB) for the online order of the calendar MEN IN THE ALPS by the end user
Valid from january, 1st 2009
§ 1 Scope
(1) The following general terms of business (GTB) are valid solely for the online order via www.men-in-the-alps.com. The GTB are from the association MEN IN THE ALPS, c/o Peter Viehweider (=general responsability), St. Justina 7, 39100 Bozen/Bolzano (BZ), Italy, phone +39-338-5960036, e-mail: info@men-in-the-alps.com.
(2) Thereoff varying conditions have to be confirmed in writing by Peter Viehweider/MEN IN THE ALPS.
(3) The GTB have to be accepted during the online order process.
§ 2 Conclusion of agreement
(1) All indications on the calendar as well as on the donations are subject to being sold and without obligation.
(2) Order on the base of standard money transfer: Every order is a binding offer that has to be confirmed by Peter Viehweider/MEN IN THE ALPS. The client will get an e-mail (acception of the offer) that contains a personal order code. Until this moment Peter Viehweider reserves the right not to confirm the order and not to deliver in case of non-availability of the product. With receipt of the personal order code the client is entitled to get the product delivered.
(3) Order and payment with credit card: The order is concluded when the systems confirms the payment. It's in the responsibility of Peter Viehweider/MEN IN THE ALPS to refuse an order without indication of reasons. In that case no credit card charge will be done.
§ 3 Right to revocate and to return, complaint
(1) The client is entitled to make use of the right to revocate and the right to return within two weeks and without declaration of details. It's only necessary to return the product within the 14 day deadline (postmark) to the address stated in § 1.
(2) The cost for return have to be paid completely by the client.
(3) After returning the product will be checked on visible use (for example missing of the protective cover, finger prints on the calendar sheets) or damage. In these cases no refund is possible.
(4) Complaints can be asserted contacting the address stated in § 1.
§ 4 Delivery / Mailing
(1) The product will be sent at the address filled in the order form, immediately after receiving the payment.
§ 5 Maturity and ex gratia donation, property proviso
(1) Delivery requires the pre-payment of the donation (= price x number of copies), plus delivery costs.
(2) The payment must be made in EUR. Banking charges are completely the responsibility of the purchaser.
(3) The personal order code has to be indicated with the payment (only orders with money transfer on bank account).

(5) The account serves for the donation management. The fund-raising (minus costs for printing and mailing) will be handed over to charity organisations in South Tyrol.
(6) Delivery comes within one week after receiving the donation.
§ 6 Data protection, credit check
(1) Client data that are necessary for the business transaction will be saved. All personal data will be treated with strictest confidence and not be passed on third parties.
(2) The required information on the payment situation of the client will be verified by contacting the bank stated under § 5 (4)
